Kogarah RSL Club
Kogarah RSL Club
Project Overview
The Project created a new benchmark for future development on Railway Parade and was the gateway to Kogarah Town Centre, leading the way in the planned revitalisation of the precinct.
The team successfully navigated the planning process, delivering significant height and floor space increases to the site. This transformational work assisted the Club to preserve and enhance its important role in the local community.
Through a collaborative approach with Kogarah Council (now Georges River Council) the partnership with Kogarah RSL ensured the team successfully navigated the planning process, delivering significant uplift in height and FSR (Floor Space Ratio) which became the catalyst for the council to upgrade its LEP (Local Environmental Plan).
